Artist History
Originally a solo outlet for Todd & Sam while playing in Doktor Caligari, ...And Tears Fell became a more successful project than the former. Armed with a slew of original material, a rotating roster of collaborators (including Jeff Carlson of The Electra), ...And Tears Fell was carried on Epithet Records in Stanford, California, from 1989 to 1991. During that period they produced an EP and two LPs, and received favorable press in European music magazines. The project survived two full-time bassists and an evolution toward harder, more political themes and musical style before petering out as a mainstay for Todd & Samantha sometime in the mid-'90s. The ...And Tears Fell catalogue includes 3 CDs. |
