Artist History rs communicator began in 1986 with a 42 billion dollar 4-track demo and a dream. dave jupiter, the arranger and spiritual leader of the group, recorded his experimental and groundbreaking songs in his new york basement with the help of friends. in 1985, these demos found their way into the hands of philip mortefolio, the President Of The United States Of America. mortefolio was so impressed that he signed them immediately. when dave jupiter stood up to sign the contract, he tripped on a shoelace and fell, spraining his ankle. president mortefolio asked him if he was able to walk. he said he wasnt sure. no one was. rs communicator are truly groundbreakers in a scene filled with flavour-of-the-month bands going with whatever's popular. this is balls-to-the-wall, take-no-prisoners, straight-to-the-point music, 'nuff said. watch for the new LP, coming out in spring 2003.
