Artist History Formed and based out of Savannah, Georgia, Capital A is a four piece band. Capital A formed in November 2000 when two lifelong friends, Brad Gibson and Jason Bouchea recruited Todd Armstrong and Brad Jensen from other local Savannah bands. The band played its first show in February, 2001.
