Artist History DownDrifter was formed in July 2001 by Brett, Craig, and Erich. Erich and Brett had previously worked together in several projects, and they found Craig to complete this initial trio. The boys wanted to start something that was hard but not over the edge - something that was new and different. Going through the field to find the perfect singer, DownDrifter began to make its mark. Finally, after six grueling months, Dave entered the picture and the group had found its final member. The boys had found the missing piece to the music machine we know as DownDrifter. Since then, DownDrifter has begun to make its true impact. The band, with sounds similar to those of Staind, Hoobastank, and Korn, is currently looking to spread their disease and conquer the world musically.
