Artist History
Early this morning I glanced at my hands and read my fortune in the lines. Two lines crossed and one thick one cut them both in half. Never one to jump to conclusions I strapped on some boots and headed for the docks on my bicycle.
I worked at the docks for the resort. I say worked but I really scraped barnacles off the bottom of rich peoples boats, and other boat-ish nonsense. I strapped on a fake air tank and a mask. My tank is fake because I was born with the ability to breathe underwater. So I keep tools in the tank.

Twice last week I read the paper and found obituaries of people with the same name as mine. Thursday afternoon I saw a tombstone on TV with my last name carved in it. My fortune cookie at lunch on Monday was blank. Wednesday, nine stray cats scratched at my back door and by Saturday they were all dead or working on their ninth life. |

Instruments
Herva's main instrument is a ghost he keeps in a jar. He taunts the ghost, and using sophisticated "Ghostbuster" style equipment, records the sounds the angry ghost makes. |
