Artist History
Connie is a native of Walden, (20 km west of Sudbry) Ontario. She is a wife, mother of three, and local Lively business owner with her husband.
Connie started singing seriously seven years ago, and has since performed at Summerfest 2000 and 2001, as guest soloist with the Jubilee Orchestra, various local churches, weddings, funerals and many Walden community events. She also sings regularly for the senior residents at Meadowbrook Village, a local retirement home.
Her first CD release contains 17 songs - 15 of which she has written herself, and all 15 will be in rotation on this web page, so if you like what you hear, please keep checking back. (Although ordering the CD is a nice - and far more time-efficient - option as well.) The CD contains inspirational Adult Contemporary music sure to touch the hearts of listeners.
Connie says "I've written about what I know, songs about family and friends, issues that are close to my heart that others can relate to."
Connie's album represents the fulfillment of a life long dream, and five years of vey hard work. Determined to go cash all the way, Connie did everything from pick blueberries to clean houses. There was a lot of hard work both in and out of the studio, but it was all worth the effort.
Connie reflects, "Watching my dream, and my songs, come to life and becoming immortalized in the form of an album was a wonderful experience, but I could never have done it without the support of my family and friends. Even at the craziest of times, when it seemed this project would never be finished, they were there for me."
Connie's future goal is to seek out a publishing deal for her songs.
