Artist description Bigger Than Vegas began as a 4 piece jam band called The Papawheelies, the house band at The Stratford Hotel's Beefeater in early 2001. The band had no structured songs but jammed late into each drunken night. The band reformed a year later as a 3 piece, Bigger Than Vegas, building the foundation of the band on songs written in the band's time apart and entered into the studio to record their self-titled 4 song EP. Live shows followed shortly after and it didn't take long for the band's jam band past to re-enter the band's live show creating a prefect balance of carefully crafted pop/rock and epic improvisational jams. The band is currently gearing up for more shows and working on new material to record in mid-winter.
