Artist description
Part jazz, part rock, part blues, part convulsive moodswing, the unpronounceable's 4-man 6-piece takes complications and makes them sound good. Giving old fogies and young scallywags something to talk about since 1998. |

Artist History
The thought of blending influences from Duke Ellington to Radiohead to Muddy Waters to Black Sabbath may come across as an unwitting cocktail of orange juice and toothpaste.
But listeners have quickly learned that the resulting concoction is more appropriately compared to the popular liquor-bomb known as the Long Island Iced Tea.
"What's in it? What does it taste like" You can try to rattle off all the ingredients, try to explain, try to make sense of it.
But just try it.
You'll like it.
And it will knock you on your ass.
the unpronounceable has appeared throughout the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas at such locales as the Tin Angel, the Grape Street Pub, the North Star Bar, Pontiac Grille, Croccodile Rock, Lehigh University, as well as the smoke-filled dive bars that fill the spaces in between.
The group's talent, range, and creative versatility put them at ease wherever they are. |
