Artist History Formed out of high school (1997), Useless brings together many styles of music. Influences ranging from Machine Head, to Staind all come together to form a heavy alternative, similar to the style of Taproot, and Staind. After going through various line-up changes, Useless settled with the Aggressive assault of Swish on drums, Volk on Bass, and the two original members Ryan on Guitars, and Tym on Vocals.
