    Artist History
Right this is long so bear with me.It all started when Edd(me)& Dan were just 12 years old, Dan had just got his first guitar (Squier strat, which he still has) ,we made u funny songs which i wont repeat. The band was called "Black Death" At 16 years old Dan was getting quiet good on the guitar, Edd was still singing as he had done in Black death. In August 1999 Edd and Dan teamed up with long time friend Jimi Cox who also had been playing guitar for about 3 years. Jimis younger brother Nick Cox, had started to play bass about 4 months previous, Edd wanted to learn drums to complete the set up.So Edd bought a crappy old drum kit and tryed to play them, but he couldnt, so dan tryed and we found he was much more co-ordinated and a bit of a natural, so he was now playing drums, Jimi was on his own on gutar and nick was on bass, with Edd now singing. We had band practice every Sunday at about 4pm till around 9pm, this went on for about 2 months and then, Ryan Corbet (a mate) said that Ross Overall (a mate) was a really good singer (what were u drinking a the time Ryan) so ross and Edd were now singing, well Edd was,But it was more fun with Ross there aswell. The 5 piece band originally called "Iconoclast", changed to "Lumpsucker" for some stupid reason. "Lumpsucker" carried on for another 3 months and then, Andy Williams (Dans brother) and John Chenler (Andys mate) started to come down and play, Andy is a rythm guitarist and john sings but can also play guitar too.So now there were 3 singers,3 guitarists(dan included now cos we had a new drummer who Andy knew),1 bass player, and a drummer. after 2 weeks Edd and Ross quit the band, and 2 weeks later Dan quit because there were too many of us, so Lumpsucker didnt exist anymore :( .In Febuary 2000 Edd took up bass.Nothing happend in 2000 except that the band we left (jimi, nick Andy,John, and paul the drummer) split up in october 2000. in January 2001 Edd joined a punk band which included old band mates Jimi and Nick Cox.Unfortunatly Edd moved away later that month and had to leave. In febuary 2001 Edd and Dan formed Blood Red Sunset. This includes Steve on vocals Andrew Sutton on drums, Dan on guitars, and Edd on bass. Blood Red Sunset are still going but have not done alot cos Edd lives a distance but is soon moving back so hopefully we can get some more music done.In July 2001 Edd and Dan decided to do a side project,so we wnet up to Dans uncle' recording stdio for a week to record an album we got 5 songs recorded, but we knew we needed more so in febuary 2002 we finished the album "Self Expression" by the night Monkees. and now we are gonna see what happens i told u it was long , and if u got this far WELL DONE!!!!!! :)
