    Artist description
I try and write what I like. This can change from day to day as I come home, shattered, from fantastic parties that stretch my tastes farther, but I like to spot those moments of spine-tingling energy and mull over ways to recreate them with my tunes. Then... I get out there and I DJ them until I don't think the tune could possibly make people any happier. Then, I release it. If there are any DJs out there who like what they hear on these pages, please let me know - especially if you have any feedback for me or would like to tell me just what it did to your crowd! Have fun guys...

    Artist History
I've been DJing since mid-2001, having decided to start doing something with my growing collection of music after a series of incredible parties. Planet Angel had just had its first nights at Imperial Gardens in London and I was hooked on the music, which was the like of which I have never heard before or since. I had been following the website of Whirl-y-Gig regular and tune-finder Rich Morley (DJ U-4-IC) and avidly looking for the tunes that made these nights so special. Before long I'd knocked out my first mix CDs and propagated them on Audiogalaxy. The response was good (even though the mixing was terrible) and you can still find them out there if you look hard enough. Gradually my technique grew just as my collecting has matured and I now like to think of myself as specialising in the full range of trance and progressive house, as well as dabbling in hard house (of the banging rather than funky variety), techno and breaks. I prefer the term "writing" to "producing" - I see making music using computers and electronic gadgets as just as much of a creative process as when I sit down and compose with my "real" instruments. Writing electronic music is, I suppose, the natural progression from being both a classically trained musician and a DJ... and I love it. I hope you do too.
