Artist description Topwise is from Salt Lake City, Utah. Topwise is part of a very talented local scene. They just finished their first demo CD titled "Light-Jacket Weather". It only contains four of thier songs. Topwise has a unique sound. The best term to classify the sound would be Alternative Metal. It isn't too heavey, and it has a lot of melody. Some songs sound more "rock" and some are very light. The music is very versatile. They will be back in the studio this summer to finish recording all of their songs. Check back for updates.

Artist History Topwise was formed in September of 2001 when Jason Byers joined the band as lead singer. Previously Josh, Matt and Jeff were going by the name of Fixed with another singer who was fired in August of 2001. Matt, Josh, and Jeff have been playing together for a year.
