Artist History Once upon a time (oh, say, 1999) there was this band called Wicked Tribe. Well, they didn't have a name for a while. At any rate, there was two people, Ginrai and Chimera. Ginrai was vocals and bass, Chimera was drum machine. They were thinking of calling themselves Wicked Tribe. Then Chimera bought a synthesizer and Poseur Goth Jeff joined the band as guitarist. At this point they tried to agree on a name, a Poseur Goth Jeff hated the name Wicked Tribe so they became Unicron. But P.G.J. left the band to become a pothead, so Ginrai and Chimera regrouped, again under the name Wicked Tribe. They recored a bunnch of stuff, had a demo ready, and then Ginrai got dragged off to Tracy. Their first CD is coming soon, but it's not really possible for more Wicked Tribe to happen while Ginrai is hundreds of miles from Chimera. Devil-Land is Ginrai's current project and it's basically him, a rubber skeleton, some equipment, a computer or two, and whatever random person feels like contributing at any given time.
