Artist History As young, angst-ridden adolescents with too many Metallica shirts, Justin (guitar/vocals) and Brian (bass) formed the seminal heavy metal outfit, Vertigo. It was during this time that the two honed their chops and wrote such timeless classics as "Prophesy" and "Shattered Dreams" which captured the sentiments of a generation led astry and spawned countless imitators. Unfortunatly, Vertigo was not prepared for its meteoric rise and the pressures from incredible popularity coupled with growing creative differences ripped the band apart at the seams. After the wounds had healed, Seitz and McMahon discovered the power of Nirvana and shed black T-shirts for flannel and ripped jeans.
