Artist History
Veteran entertainer, Harve Mann has been singing and playing his own brand of music since the age of ten and continues to grow and evolve as an artist. A full-time professional by the age of seventeen, Harve has performed throughout the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada including appearances on TV (David Letterman) and radio (Dr. Demento). Harve Mann is a true original. As a singer, Harve uses every part of his amazingly versatile voice to express whatever the song is about. This is equally true of his keyboard and guitar work. Harve's guitar solos in particular always contain an element of surprise. As a writer, Harve is a dramatic storyteller who is frequently quite humorous sometimes in the same song. Harve loves the poetic writers like Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and Randy Newman, but his poetry and humor are truly his own. Although he knows how to rock and keep it simple, some of Harve's compositions get into some heavy chord changes and rhythms. Harve records some of his more 'way out' instrumental music under the name Zonar. As a live performer Harve Mann can go from romantic balladeer to complete wild man in a flash, never doing the same show twice and truly caring about the audience. He believes in the power of music to expand the consciousness and uses his shows to spread the Gospel of Love. D. Ronayne 2000 |

Press Reviews
A dynamic One-Mann Variety Show." - The Breeze " .... canny audience insight .... his jokes did not disguise the seriousness of the musicianship .... genuinely philosophical .... he can rock with the best of them." - Charles Lonberger .... exceedingly wide range .... alternately dramatic and float away light" - Robin Rosenzweig - BEVERLY HILLS OUTLOOK |
