Artist History Everything started in 1995, where a new different gothic-rock band was born. Northern Cline (voc, drum programming), Ingo Cline (guitars) and Klaus Kübler (bass) join together to a great new highly reputed live band, called CRUDENESS. Many knowledges in music got close with musical experiences and create a charakter, which was no longer unknown in the german "black scene". The tree musicians celebrated their dèbut with the E.P. "life before death", and no month without presenting the songs life went by. After that the band cut off their, too strong, relationship to the "Up-Art-Verlag". Now they where responsible for themselves and sollect in the own studio surroundings new inspirations, variousity and intentions to publish the first full time album "tongue of time", with hard work, energy and time in the end of october 1997. The album was produced by themselves, and by the variousity, "destroying the overdose of sterile electronicall samplings and coverings in our time", a truly interest gothic-rock album was born. "Tongue of time" was presented the publicity and the press, by live presentations in south-germany and austria, also by interviews, etc. . Even in Portugal, France, Spain the album is also known. Between Belgium and England there are some stronger contacts. The following year did big changes. First of all N. & I. Cline went seperate ways without K. Kübler, but no one thought about to loose CRUDENESS. They looked forward to new devellopements and horizons. In february 1998, a new guitarist, Marc E., was found, and after a short time also a bassist, Joe Rapp. Both were known among Cline & Cline. After a slight "play together" the new band did a tremendous/great concert with the legend Love Like Blood. And then there was after a really short time a feeling of a maxime of relationship devellopes between personalities and the music. Then the sound should be completed by a drummer, Aaron Blersch, who replaced the drum computer. Within a few months the band and Blersch recognized that he "don`t take the lost parts into the whole feeling of Crudeness` music" and the musicians decided to search for a new drummer. Since may 1999 the feeling is perfect competted with Andrè Streich, a great percussionist and drummer. Now CRUDENESS could never stood still. Anybody feel and recognize the relationship between the members, not only in listening; also in the live performances.
