Artist History
"Unique and fresh" is how Billboard Magazine's 10th Song Contest described
New York City-based songwriter and performer Ben Eyler. Eyler's sound, which
has been likened to Al Green and Paul Weller, was also described by Mish
Mash Indy Music Reviews as possessing "the feeling and excitement of early
soul". In addition, Eyler's song "'Til I am a Man" was recently selected by
Rolling Stone Magazine's online edition as their favorite independent-artist
MP3. "Worthy of Suspicion," one of the tunes from Eyler's forthcoming CD, "Good Luck Places," is
featured in "Penny's Destiny," and independent film by director Michael
Soussan. |
