Artist description
All from Danvers Massachusetts and with different musical influences, Dan, Bob and Ryan decided to start a band of their own. Growing up on Cherry Street, the guys had always dreamed of being in a band. Forming as a heavy Punk / Alternative band, Cherry S/T decided to change their style when bassist Denis Mckenzie joined the band in 1998. From then on, they became a band with a "little bit of everything." Playing their first gig at the Danvers High School "Talent Show", the band gained a good amount of followers. After playing for about two years off and on, the guys started to take the band a little more seriously and decided to record their first demo. After selling over 200 copies, they decided to record four new songs that they were more pleased with. Once the new 4 song EP, "Time to heal", was done, it was then put into local stores like Newbury Comics. With a growing fan base, Cherry S/T continues to play around the Boston area.
