    Artist description
The Unreliables can best be described as a Pop/ Melodic Punk band made up of four young, 17 year old guys with a tremendous energy level which is transcended through both their music and performances. They engage the audience into the same energy level as they exude. Their influences are Blink 182, MxPx, New Found Glory, and Good Charlotte to name a few. The members of The Unreliables are: Chris Bell: Vocals, Bass Dylan Cahwee: Drums Kenner Misner: Vocals, Rhythm Guitar Sam Naifeh: Vocals, Lead Guitar. Their origins began under the name, "SPY" in 2000. They began as a garage band performing at high school, parties, and other local events. They began writing their own music and have several copyrighted originals under the name of "SPY". In 2002 they changed their name to "The Unreliables" and have continued honing their music writing abilities as well as developing their own style and sound. Likewise they have many songs copyrighted under the name of The Unreliables. In December 2001 they released their first self-titled demo and began playing shows promoting their talents. In February 2002 they released their demo songs on MP3.com. Their progress since has been tremendous and their latest recordings demonstrate a unique sound. They had a very busy show schedule the summer of 2002, appearing in over 15 shows in 3 months. They won the Battle of the Bands competition at Oneighty in Enid, OK in August of 2002. They are presently working on their first full length CD in their own studio (TwoLane Recording Studio) to be released in the spring of 2003 and are planning a 4700 mile summer 2003 tour hitting cities like Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Albuquerque. They were successful achieving the Top 40 in both Punk and Pop Punk on MP3.com. "LIAR" was ranked #5 in Pop Punk as of 12-19-02. In January of 2003 "PORKY" also acheived a ranking of #5 in Pop Punk. The Unreliables are committed to making their music a career and playing whenever or wherever possible to their fans while continuing to write and develop their own style.

This Tulsa, OK Indie/ Pop Punk band was founded in 2000 under the name of "SPY". It all started at the 2000 Halloween party at Chris' house. That was the first official concert for "SPY". At that time the band mainly played covers by a variety of Alternative/Punk bands. Since then the guys have written 25 + songs, played in over 40 shows, and released two demos. They have played for as few as 20 people to as many as 2000. The band is constantly writing new music and evolving their own unique sound.
