More shows are being scheduled and a general air of excitement surrounds this super group of talented musicians. Group Members Karling Abbeygate: Vocals/ songwriter Originally from Norwich England, now based in Los Angeles USA, Karling has had incredible success thus far in her singing/ songwrting career. In 1998 she was Awarded Best New Artist of the year in Las Vegas Nevada. She has received countless stunning reviews from the likes of MTV, The Alternative Press, CMJ and more. The recent relocation to Los Angeles California and subsequent formation of The Swans sees a new and exciting development in her career. Donnie Whitbeck: Guitar/ songwriter Long time musical collaborator with Abbeygate, Whitbeck has recorded in his own studio with such greats as Gladys Knight and the Pips, BB King, Willie Nelson, to name a few. The joint decision between Abbeygate and Whitbeck to move to LA in order to meet other musical soul mates was swift and rewarding. Josh Gordon: Bass/ songwriter Well respected super talented LA musician, Josh Gordon’s last band was signed for 2 years to major label Mercury. Since then Gordon has concentrated on honing his songwriting and production skills. Gordon met Abbeygate and Whitbeck only weeks after they had arrived in LA. The timing was superb as Gordon had just started to seek out other like minded players/ humans too. Tom Fletcher: Drums/ songwriter World known producer and engineer, Tom produced countless albums from Ozzy Ozborne to Toto! As well as being a superstar producer he is also a brilliant musician, and dedicated to the success of the new band
