Fairmount String Quartet is Quartet in Residence at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. These versatile and talented four are all professors of their instruments at Wichita State University and principal players in the Wichita Symphony Orchestra. Among their many accomplishments, Fairmount String Quartet was selected from hundreds of applicants for the prestigious Phillips Collection Series in Washington D.C., resulting in an east coast debut and radio broadcasts. The group continues to perform nationally. They also host residencies, masterclasses, and educational concerts for students and children of all ages. Fairmount String Quartet is on the Kansas Arts Commission Touring Roster or may be contacted directly for performing engagements. |
