Artist description
Emerging from the depths of New York comes Withered Earth. Withered Earth breaks down the barriers caused by categorization through it's music and nontraditional live show. Withered Earth introduced their first demo "Abolish in Thorns" in 1005. Followed by the release of their second demo "Icaronycteris" and then their full length CD "Forgotten Sunrise" on Cryptic Sould Productions (Italy). The Band toured in support of their US release on Whitenoise Records with Nile and Monstrosity. After playing Milwaukee Metalfest, Withered Earth signed with Olympic Recordings in October of 2000. Combining a vengefull attack of metal, hardcore, and noise riffs. "Into the Deepest Wounds" draws the listener into a mindnumbing onslaught of chaos and brutality. |

Artist History
Withered Earth formed in 1995 out of the ashes of the infamous DISGORGED (featuring Dave Culross of Suffocation). Founding members: Adam Bonacci and Chris Burgio remain the core of Withered Earth. The band toured in 2001 with Deicide, Marduk and Gorguts in support of their album on Olympic Recordings: "Into the Deepest Wounds". The band immediately joined a second tour with Skinless, Impaled, Enter Self, Origin and Vader.
