Artist History
The writing begins in 1974. The band "Lemming Spring" is formed 1978. Six months later it disbands. In 1980 Jon Christian on guitar and Cary Keller on drums meet bassist Steve Brown and form Jules Hanon. Their first album "Hippies" was released in 1980. Their second album "Can You Just Picture That?" was released in 1982. After that Jules Hanon remained dormant through much of the 80s. In 1990 Jules Hanon reformed. This time it included Drew King on piano and Hammond Organ. By the end of 1992 Jules Hanon released their third album called "Family Jules" Two years later Jules Hanon released their fourth album entitled "A Different Life" which is made up almost entirely of impromtu jam sessions. Once again Jules Hanon lay dormant for the remainder of the 90s. The original members continue to play however on occasions. In 2002 Jules Hanon reformed once again and is currently working on their fifth album scheduled for release by the winter of 2002/2003. |
