Artist History
Joel U, Rob and Gar began playing together as The Rugs, an acoustic pop group. In 2000 Joel Keyes accompanied the band for a studio recording at the Art Institute of Seattle. After the tape stopped rolling it was obvious that Joel K should became a permanent member. In February of 2000 the current incarnation, renamed The Gar Hooker Project was born. |
