Artist History Indie-rock, nu metal band Guilt By Association was formed in Orlando, Florida by Jeb and Vic Vince. The brothers have played with various heavy rock / metal bands over the years but in 2000 they decided to call the shots and form a new project, concentrating on original material that was different then the bands they had played in. "We're trying to make music that is heavy and aggressive, influenced by the past but still modern, that can appeal to a wide range of people but still be true to our roots," explains Jeb. The Vince brothers began writing and recording original songs and placed ads in various Central Florida publications. Soon they met bassist Justin Mustakas who had played with several New Jersey hardcore bands. After a stint with another singer that peaked with playing at the Hard Rock Live Orlando, they went back to placing ads to find a new vocalist / frontman. They found Esquare who had been in bands ranging in style from traditional jazz to rock and are now performing throughout Florida at such venues as The Social in Orlando and The Brass Mug in Tampa.

Vince is talking about indie rock/ nu-metal band Guilt By Association, who recently added new vocalist Esquare to their lineup. Esquare joins the original lineup of Vince, guitarist Vic Vince and bassist Justin Mustakas. " He [Esquare] definitely brings new dynamics to the band and it is going in some interesting new directions," says Jeb Vince. " We touch on many different styles while still being true to our heavy rock roots." GBA recently returned from Athens, Georgia, where they recorded their first studio album.
