Artist History The Foreign Effect was formed in December of 1999 then called Nothing Less. Not everybody had instruments but the lineup was pretty much the same. The only exception being Seth, who came on board a little later to help vocally. Our first gig was at a friend's party. We played two songs, and to put it mildly, we sucked.
