Artist History Forming in the summer of 2001, Sugardaddy takes rock back to its shaking roots. This four-piece consisting of drums, bass, guitar and vocals hails from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Stuck in a market that is saturated with all types of music, they strive to keep a sound that will only be known as their own. Their music, filled with hard riffs, licks and bluesy vocals, is enticing and ready to be presented to the rest of the world. Like an orgy with the Chili Peppers, Alannah Myles and Van Halen on Sass Jordan's bed, Sugardaddy has a unique style of sensual rock that incorporates hard guitars, tight grooves and synthesizers to shape a sound that's both heavy and melodic. With the soulful female vocals and funky bass lines, Sugardaddy gives music lovers what they want: something fresh.
