Artist History
Peter began in garage bands in the late 1960s. A music major in college, two of his novelty songs appeared on the nationally-syndicated Dr. Demento radio program. Those quirky songs were "Giant Munchkin Dwarf" and "The Ballad of Ernest Angely," which he co-wrote with Brazilian music expert J. C. McGowan. Over the years, Peter has recorded his own albums for friends and family members. Currently, he is converting the songs from cassettes into MP3 files. In the late 1980s, he wrote jingles for advertisers in California's High Desert. A journalist by day, he is spending an increasing amount of time producing music in his Macintosh-based recording studio. |
