Artist description Hoi Polloi is the joint effort of 2 musical entities working as one. Paramour from Richmond, VA and Massey from Savannah, GA. Both entities have been good friends for several years and at one time all lived in the Savannah area. It just so happened that on a clear & chilly Saturday evening in December of 2001 the 2 came together to kick out some jams. As the future is always undetermined, whether the Hoi Polloi will come together again to create more music is something only time will tell. - Enjoy
