Artist History Launched in the summer of 2001 as "The Unnamed Band", we jammed together to Chick Magnet for a few months. Once we got that song down, we decided it was time for a concert. So we had a concert for a local youth group which consited of, Chick Magnet, and Pressing on (By Relient K). After that rousing success we deicided we needed a name that didn't suck. So, as can be expected, we named ourself after our favorite molecularly volitile hot cereal, Exploding Oatmeal! Now we are writing our own songs and not sucking as much as we used to. Group Members Kevin Baumgarten- Bass, BG Vocals, Horns, and stares. Drew Whitler- Guitar, Vocals, Violin, Keyboard, Harmonica, and eyebrow raises. Patrick Hammonds- Drums and shifty eyes.

Instruments 2 Guitars, Bass, and Drums. Sometimes a keyboard, violin, and a harmonica, as well as assorted horns.
