Artist History Carcen was formed in 1997 while some of the band members weren't even in high school yet. After many years of playing small gigs and practicing towards uniqueness and versatility, the band began to play many big-name venues in 2001. After their first big performance, Carcen was immediately recognized for their originality and wide range of songs. In December 2001, Carcen released their debut self-titled cd, which has received overwhelming positive feedback. The band conitinues to play, slowly but surely establishing their name in the world of music.
