Artist description
The debut release of Seven Sundays! This up-and-coming group, unaffected by conventional limitations of genre, break new ground with their release "Altered State".
Acoustic rock, blues-rock and awe-inspiring pop rock give this group versatility in a world where "sound a-likes" are plenty.
This album has aptly been described as: "...a head-long crash between 'Third Day' and 'Pearl Jam' with Leigh Nash and Bob Seger pulling the bands from their cars."
Featuring 4 different lead vocalists, this album is a shining example of an entire band writing music, unlike many groups who have only 1 or 2 writers.
Inspirational and positive, "Altered State" is a must own. |

Artist History
From the Artist
The Seven Sundays Project was an incredible experience for us all. Each member of the band came from a completely different musical background than the next. Our goal was to write an album of great new music and not worry about "what box it would fit into" in the end. I personally have been a singer / songwriter for over 6 years and this project was an especially "freeing" experience for me. No limitations, no songs getting "axed" because they didn't fit into some narrow genre, we simply wrote great music. Somehow we blended the influences of: Bob Seger / Third Day / Jars of Clay / Caedman's Call / Pearl Jam and the like into one amazing album. This album wasn't meant to target any specific audience, the goal was simply for 7 truly talented songwriters to pour their hearts into one album. I'm proud to have been a part of it.
