Artist History
Jerry Allen was born and raised in the state of Maine where he began writing and performing his original music at the age of 17. His recent move to CA bring him the hopes of someday being able to attain the dream of being recognized for the multi-talented artist that he is. He attended Liberty University in 1989-1990 as a music major and has been involved in the production and peformances of many theatrical shows in his home town of Waldoboro ME. His first CD got some airplay on two of the local radio stations and a tiny bit of fame on the homefront. But as Jerry would say, "It's pretty easy to be famous in Maine if you're talented enough. Being here in CA where everyone who's got a dream comes to pursue it, makes you feel very insignificant". But then Jerry just sits back with a determined look on his face and states, "But I know my music is GOOD music. I know that somewhere, somehow, I'm gonna find someone in the business who will see just that. I have no doubts". Listen to his music and decide for yourself... |
