JAZ is an upcoming rapper from the West Coast. Living on the hard streets of East Side San Jose, JAZ began his journey into the record industry. From the age of 13, JAZ has been creating strong and successful lyrics. |

Artist History
In 1993, JAZ released his first E.P. independently. This E.P. entiled "Coming Real" boomed through local radio stations and underground connections from the Bay Area to as far as Little Rock, Arkansas.
In 1995, JAZ produced two major singles "My Khakies" and "Slide Thru." Backed by his own label, these two singles also boomed through local radio stations and underground connections.
In 1997, JAC wrote and produced a 12 track L.P. titled "JAZ." This hard hitting L.P. blew up throughout the Bay Area. With distribution by the MUSIC PEOPLE, JAZ made his presence known in the rap industry.
In 1999, JAZ lifted himself to a new level by releasing a 24 track L.P. entitled PSYCHOTIC MURDEROUS THOUGHTS (City Hall Distribution). This L.P. was one of the most exciting albums of the year with such features as LEVITTI, COUGNUT, GUCE, SAN QUINN, LOCCED 2 DA BRAIN, YOUNG LIFE, IDENTICAL HUSTLAZ, and many others.
Now, JAZ drops two high-powered radio singles from his to be released album "Criminology." This new album, featuring Suga T [The Click], Butch Cassidy [Snoope Doog and the East Siders], King Tee, and Too Short, is sure to have everyone talking about it from coast to coast. The singles "Drop your Top" and "Money" are bound to send shock waves through the industry. Their deep tone bass and up-tempo rythm make these two singles a must buy for all.
