Artist History The Delagation was an idea that a group of friends had to start a group of emcees to represent for the 209. The first emcees that were in the group were MalakaiAtraidies, Excal, and Misfit. While working on their first album entitled "Defeating The Purpose" emcees Dialogueone, and PsychoMic (Now Mic Holdin) would join the Delagation on it's endeavor to make music. Their first album was a learning experience for all of them. On their Second album entitled "Build" 5 emcees, High Grav, All Terain, Pragmatikz Til, and Alpha would also join Delagation to complete it's vast arsenal of eccentric emcees.
