Artist History Tribe of one was formed in Winter, '98 in Winnipeg, Canada. Forming members had worked together prior to the formation of the group on various compilation cds and performing in festivals across Canada. In the following months, Tribe of one incorporated live visual art and live dance into their show. This created something unique to the Winnipeg Club scene. One year later in Winter '99, they began work on their debut album entitled, Trailer Park Opera.
