Artist History
It all started in the small town Fairview, PA just outside of Erie. The year was 1993, and the band "Plad" was formed. At that time John Berarducci was playing bass. The lead vocalist was a fellow by the name Jim Cullen. Yes, Craig was the the lead guitarist, and Andy hit the drums. Sometime late '94 Garrett joined the band as bass player. John then moved on to his real love, the guitar (acoustic in this case). After The first Grape Jam (August '96) Jim retired. Remaining the lead guitarist, Craig became the lead vocalist. With Craig's and John's voices and John's piano-like acoustic guitar playing, it was is easy to see this wasn't the same Plad. Early in the summer of '97, the name "the Dollhouse Caper" was adopted. Now the Dollhouse Caper is Erie's foremost up-and-coming jam band.
