Artist description
Mix of acoustic & electric, subdued to intense, indie rock. The new albulm Waiting explores themes of frustration with hope; anger with love. With great help from Kevin Bolembach & Tom Papadatos whose musical contributions turned the project into a real collaboration and take the songs to unexpected places. |

Artist History
I am Sean McMechen a singer/songwriter, guitar player from New York. Much of my earlier stuff with my band You Be You can be heard here from time to time and is included on the albulm Greatest Never Hits. I am currently playing with Kevin Bolembach, the former bass player for Non Fiction and Valkyrie, and the current leader of the band Tang; and with Tom Papadatos a brilliant drummer who I've played with years and whose played with so many great musicians I could never list them here. The Greatest Never Hits albulm features some songs by Cliff Wallach my former bandmate & singer, bass & guitar player of You Be You. Check out my links to hear more of his music. |
