Artist History Formed in 1998 with just two guitars and a drum machine, the Kevs took full 5-piece form in February '99. Spread across 40 miles of southern UK flea-pit seaside towns (from Brighton to Hastings) planet Kev has to be about the most cosmopolitain band to emerge from the British Isles in recent years.
