Artist History
Synister started in 1997 under a variety of different aliases. Back then it was just myself, and computer editing wavs making them sound totally different than when they started. Later that year, I aquired a copy of acid music and mixman studio. That is when the sampling/mixing bug really bit me. Before long i was reasearching famous electronic acts and what instruments they used. Sadly, being 16 i could not afford most of this. In 1998, i conned good ol' mom into buying me a Korg Electribe-R. That was my first taste of an actual drum machine. As the years went on i started saving money and buying more equiptment all the while upgrading my computer since it would serve as the mecca for all of my resources. Finally, it is 2002 and i have assembled a pretty decent amount of equiptment and feel that I can sway more towards original music instead of sampling and mixing. |

Hey everyone, thanks for the support so far. I would like to give a special shout out to whoever was holding up theSyLee Duk Records sign on WWF Raw the other night. If you all like what we are doing, keep up the publicity, signs and stuff are cool at public events and also watch for more things to come from other artists on SyLee Duk. Peter Wennergren of 0 A N D B E L O W wrote - "your songs are very professional sounding" Not too bad for working out of my basement huh? |
