Artist History
Ian Flannon Taylor needs to feed his ego so he starts Furious IV. Everyone else seems to like his songs and Ian is happy. Jimbo Garza from Ramona, CA quits his hippie grunge band and signs on as F.IV's bassist. Dana Carvey joins band under the alias Brian Bunn. The band goes through 3 drummers and finally settles on a stress case named Andy from Boston. Through the years, Furious IV has played with Bad Religion, NOFX, Social D, Blink 182, Jimmy Eat World, No Knife, and toured the U.S. with Supersuckers in 2000. They are featured repeatedly on Taylor Steele surf films like "The Bottom Line", "Loose Change", and "Hit & Run". Furious IV have played the Warped Tour, SXSW, and NXNW. Despite how good the IV are, it is a clouded mystery why their second album has taken so long. Can someone say freshman jinx? |
