Artist description
Andy once said that Topeka Shiner may be the best
band to never record an album, play in front of a
paying audience, or -- for that matter -- practice
together. Humbling praise, to be sure, but
Topeka Shiner's philosophy has always been simple:
emphasize volume over skill, profanity over grace,
and drink lots of alcohol. And if that doesn't
work, write a rude song about the cruel misfortune
of your friends and sing it over and over until
somebody laughs. |
