Artist History The story of the band goes as follows. After his retiring from his life of porn-stardom, Daniel Dovewood learned to play drums and began to travel the world as a one man band. With his cunning wit and charm, he seduced ladies all over the world and learned the nick-name, the Morning Shafter. During his journeys, Dovewood spent a small period of time in Enland where he met a punk rocker who doubled as a bass player with a golden voice, a mysterious and outlandish individual who goes by the name of Phreek Havoc. The two began to tour together, opening for bands suck as Blink 182, Third Eye Blind, and Green Day. After a worldwide tour and various cocaine binges, the two found them selves in Fresno, California, where they met guitarist Mike Graham. When Phreek and Daniel discovered Mike, he was a heroin addict and a devote practicer of beastiality. After many 12-step programs and faith healing exercises, and with the inspiration of the hot-ness and tallent of the blonde girl in dream, the three were able to shake off the drug addictions and begin work on their first recorded album, The Morning Shafter.
