    Peter Fryd has played in several bands during the years and while the wheels of "Tide Philosophy" is spinning faster around than ever before, Peter has made his own small recording as a contrast to"Tide Philosophy". The concept is clear: Plug the guitar in the amp and give it full bananas!!!

    Artist History
    Fall 1986: Ytte & Peter met each other on the Aeroesund Ferry between Aeroeskoebing and Svendborg in the south of Denmark. They agreed to jam together right away...eventhough Peter couldnīt play! Spring 1987: Should have played a gig at "Marstal Ungdomsfestival", which unfortunately was canceled. First gig at a class party. Fall 1988: Formed Ph5 with Jake, Ole P. Hillerup & Christian Henriksen. 03rd. Dec. 1988: First gig at Thuroe Skole for 19 people. 18. Dec. 1988: Played with a huge success at Svendborg Handelsskole for more than 1.000 people. Spring 1989: Gigs 2 times a week. The peak came a Faaborg Gymnasium, where the crowed went bananas and threw shoes and other personal belongings on the stage. Summer 1989: Ph5 played their final gig at Ringe Festival, the biggest festival in the Northern Europe. Fall: 1989: Ph5 disbands and Jake, Ytte & Peter formes Acid Symphony, which was the first (at the time) grunge band. Played several gigs during the winter and spring. Spring 1990: Peter went to Copenhagen and joint different bands. Ytte went to a music school. Spring 1991: Ytte & Peter formed Rising Reptiles with Jacob Barreth and Rasmus Fangsoe. Fall 1991: Ytte left the band and travelled around the world. Spring 1993: Ytte joins Dr. Fjols  Winter 1994: Rising Reptiles disband. Spring: 1995: Peter starts writing the songs to "Tide", the story and doing the first recording sessions. Summer 1995: Ytte joins the project. Fall 1996: Peter forms the "the spare time band" Sonique" with Jake, Robin Pold  Spring 1997: Rene Bjoerkelund keyboards and Kristian Jessen Spring 1998: After long and hard work in the rehearsal room, Ytte and Peter realizes, that itīs not gonna work to set up a rock opera with a band and decides to do it alone. Fall 1998: First demo CD completed containing 3 song: Somewhere in the night, "My dream" and the very beautiful The door to the unknown. Spring 1998: Starting to arranged and record the rest of the songs. Fall 1998: Caused trouble with copying of the CD it's finally released and get a lot of airplay from Kanal Koebenhavn etc. Summer: 1999: Ytte is having problems with his left arm, so the band is forced to take a break from the rehearsal room. Winter 1999 - 2000: Preparations for the forthcoming demo CD Spring: 2000 Demo CD recorded Summer & Fall Production of CDīs, cover, T-shirts, games etc. Winter 2000-2001: 500 copies of Tide Philosophy's demo CD is send to record labels and radio stations. Marts 2001: "Somewhere in the light" goes No. 225 out of more than 100.000 songs on MP3.COM  April-May 2001 5 new songs has been recorded. August 2001 Preparations for the forthcoming CD starts.
