Artist History
"I began studying violing at around the age of 3 with the Suzuki method. Although I grew up in the church, the songs I started learning in my private violin lessons were exclusively classical, so I never considered trying to play church songs on the violin until I was about 12 or 13, but once I did, there was no turning back. From that point, I started playing a lot of popular Christian songs and being invited to play them at various churches and benefits. After a while, people started asking if I had a CD (or actually in those days, they'd ask if you had a tape), and I always had to tell them 'no'. After years of constantly being asked this, I finally realized, "Hmmm, maybe I'd better make one." So, the songs I present here, are my first venture into finally producing a compilation of the songs I've been playing for more than 14 years. |
