NUNYAH!!! Originally from Arkansas, The band moved to Los Angeles in 2001. The Funky Rhythm section, with Bryan and Derek, has been playing together for over 15 years. Bryan, the lead singer joined the band several months ago but with Bryan's soulful voice and Jeff's harmonic keys. Just Off Turner is definitely a band to keep an eye on. |

Artist History
Since moving to Los Angeles, Just off Turner has kept an active schedule, most recently headlining the national premier video release party for the Las Vegas Extremes, headlining the 2001 Invert games, playing for Malibu’s Freedom of Religion Concert Event, recording tracks for the independent comedy film “The Slow and the Cautious”, arranging and performing the theme song for Nyko Technologies Inc., hosting a weekly spot at LA’s Wonder Bar, and local clubs and private parties.
Lead singer, songwriter, and guitar player Bryan Mounce played in several bands throughout and after high school before teaming up with Eric and Derek to create the unique sounds of Just off Turner.
After two years of gigging in the south, Bryan, Derek and Eric decided to record their new album and pursue their musical career in Southern California. Drummer, Eric Gustafson and bass guitarist, Derek Champagne grew up playing in bands together. Still in their early twenties, this rhythm section has been making music together for almost fifteen years. Inspired by their parents, who played in a band together for over a decade, music has always been the biggest part of life for them.
Keyboardist, Jeff Finn originally from the Boston area, moved to LA in hopes of finding a better job, but instead he found Just off Turner. Never one to turn away from a challenge, Jeff joined the band as the keyboard player. Jeff has had his fingers in several projects, such as “Popcorn” Pittsburgh, “William J. Heights” in Boston, and the Brazilian rock band “Vicio”. He has also helped produce electronic tracks under the label he helped start called “Big Fat Records“ . Since moving to LA Jeff has played exclusively with Just Off Turner.
The band’s flavor is a blend of modern rock with a twist of retro funk.
