Our productions include full length music CDs and audio books. A Word from the Founder Thank you for reading this important information. My name is David Brown and I have been a musician for over 20 years. I studied at the Armed Forces School of Music and spent five years serving my country as a United States Marine Musician. When I was discharged in 1993, I started David & Goliath Productions to make music for the music industry and its artists. I was privileged to perform with great artists such as BB King, Teddy Riley, Gregory Hines, Audrey Wheeler and many other great performers. Now, a resident of Atlanta, I want to make a difference in the self image of children while maintaining a career in the music industry. Here’s how we plan to do just that. Raising spirits, Raising Funds We all have been affected in one way or another by last years’ tragedy. Financially, a recession in our economy has already proven to be inevitable. However, as we recover as a nation, it is our children who will most learn from these events and safeguard our promising future. Therefore we want to provide these children a way of expressing their joy through music combined with colorful positive stories that can be used to raise funds for their schools, daycare centers, church, or club. The building of a city begins with one brick. We believe creativity is one of the building blocks toward a healthy society. a little profit doesn’t hurt either. In a nutshell, Your children may have a opportunity to record a song on our CD and sell it for a profit. Benefits from each new volume goes in part to your organization and to a children’s organization and lastly to David & Goliath for future projects. This fund-raiser is ongoing and a new CD is released Quarterly. Schedule and Sales Program 1st week of each Quarter CD is released Last month of the Quarter Recording begins 1) CDs sell for $10.99 each with a 10% profit share going to the organization. 2) There are no costs to the organization for recording or ordering of the products. 3) The organization with sales equal to or exceeding 500 units (CDS) in any given single month this quarter receives a cash prize of $500. *** Cash prize subject to change. 4) Orders are taken in advance along with cash or money order. No personal checks please. 5) A David & Goliath Representative collects the orders weekly either in person or via fax and fill the orders. The organization is responsible for getting the product to the customer. 6) The products are then exchanged with the director of the organization for the collected money. The organization is then paid their profit. 7) Bonuses are issued quarterly (every three 3 months) 8) Selection of the organization that will record quarterly is handled on a first come first serve basis. When an organization becomes a fund-raiser, they are then added as an Outside Performer Organization.That Organization may choose who they want to perform on the CD that they are chosen for . Every organization will eventually be afforded the opportunity to be an Outside Performer Organization ( O.P.O.). 9) Our first CD has 3 songs and a story called “Little Red Riding Hood”. INSPIRE KIDS OF AMERICA is the title of every new release with a new volume number each quarter. Volume I is the only volume without Outside Performers. 10) Free samples are given each quarter to the organization director along with order forms.
