Artist description Throe Vein, a Denver-based industrial styled band that attempts to break some new ground in the metal/industrial arena. With influences ranging from Static X, Fear Factory, NIN, Alice In Chains, Skinny Puppy, Slipknot, Faith No More and Public Enemy - Throe Vein attempts to defy musical categorization by including layered vocal harmonies, complex arrangements, crunchy guitars, and unconventional rhythms while keeping to a form that is enjoyable to the dedicated music listener as well as the dance/mosh fans. Hailed "A mechanical death party in a can" by some dude!

Artist History Throe Vein was originally founded by Static in 1995. Jorge and Kilo joined her in 1999 after leaving the band "The FEWW". Getting things started was a little difficult due to multiple line-up changes with both lead vocalists and bass players. Sketch joined the group in 2001 and everything really started to look up. Using some of the emassed music created by the original three members as well as new material, Throe Vein has recently released a self-titled demo CD. The full length one is still in the works but it won't be long!
