Artist History An established keyboardist and composer, a native of the mid-west and a committed environmentalist, Scott Hartley graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston before moving to the west coast in the mid 90s. He has worked as a sound designer and consultant for tech and entertainment companies such as Yamaha, Kawai, The USA Network and Warner Brothers. In 1998 under his direction, Scott established First Light Music, a new age label that is committed to the improvement of the listener's life through music. Currently, First Light Music, Inc. is developing The Sound Lifestyles Series. This collection will feature special music from Hartley as well as many other well known musicians. The Sound Lifestyle series will also be accompanied by an extensive website detailing the healing powers of music. Hartley's music can be heard worldwide on New Age Radio and he is currently touring the American Southwest.
