Artist History Unknown is a Nu-metal/alternative band from Millington. Our influences are anywhere from Project 86 and Embodyment to Third Day. We’ve been together for about 2 years now. We’ve had a few member changes. The original line up was Kris, Jeremy, Ben, Vince, and Nick. We had a different name but when Ben left the band and Vince passed away, we decided to change it and start over. There were no hard feelings towards Ben when he decided to leave and Vince will be greatly missed. Well, after all that Jeremy switched from bass to guitar and we picked up Mike on bass. Then we started playing around as an alternative band. We got the chance to record a 5-song EP with a friend in April of 2000. But during the mixing process of that record, we got the chance to record a full length. So we went in to record that in December of 2001. We had a lot of problems with that record but finally got it out. We had planned to break up in the summer of 2002 when Kris left the band to go to college. But God had other plans for us. Kris has decided to stay with us. And Jeremy and Mike have decided to switch instruments. We’ve recently got another guitarist named Corey and started writing new material with a heavier and more complexed sound. Our music is taking a new direction but the message is still the same. We’re here to worship our Lord and spread the love of Jesus Christ. We hope to see you around.
